Need group process help?

Here's a new resource - Webinars by Laird Schaub, one of the three best trainers in group process/facilitation I've had the pleasure to work with. I can't attend due to the day job, but I'm looking forward to reviewing the recordings!

Here's his announcement, reposted with his permission:

Dear Catya,

Do you have burning questions about cooperative group dynamics? If so, I have something that may quench your thirst—all without leaving the comforts of home!

For the first time, I’m offering a series of webinars covering my six most requested workshops, with a bonus Q&A session at the end:

July 2 Consensus
July 9 Conflict
July 16 Membership (the questions you should have asked)
July 23 Participation (non-monetary contributions to group well being)
July 30 Facilitation
Aug 6 Power & Leadership
Aug 13 Stump the Chumps (Laird & Ma’ikwe)

Each session costs $30, or you can signup for all seven for $120. Click Laird’s Greatest Hits ( http://www.ecovillageeducation.com/lairdwebinar/ ) to register or get more information about each session.

I’m writing you because you’ve hired me in the past, have attended one of my workshops, or are otherwise aware of my 27 years of work as a process consultant. I’m inviting you to join me for one or more of the next seven Wednesdays, and help spread the word. Who can benefit? Anyone wanting to understand cooperative dynamics better: residents of intentional communities, churches, neighborhood associations, schools, nonprofits—you name it!

Each webinar will start at 2 pm Central and run for two hours. The first 75-90 minutes will be presentation of material, followed by 30-45 minutes of questions. Cherry pick the ones that grab you most, or sign up for whole shebang!

Those who enroll will have access to video recordings of each webinar session, so if you have a conflict on a particular Wednesday you don’t have to miss anything.

This series is being hosted by Ecovillage Education US ( http://www.ecovillageeducation.com/ ) and I hope you’ll join us!

In cooperation
Laird
